Dear Colleagues, Here is a gentle reminder for the upcoming workshop, "Conversational Grounding in the Age of Large Language Models," to be held as part of the European Summer School in Logic, Language, and Information (ESSLLI) 2024. The workshop aims to shed light on the critical yet complex process of Conversational Grounding, an essential mechanism that enables participants in a dialogue to develop, share, and utilize mutual knowledge effectively, but that has been inadequately addressed in the era of LLMs. The workshop is open to researchers and practitioners - both senior scholars and graduate students - from a variety of disciplines, including linguistics, cognitive science, and computer science.
